0.1.3 Drawbridge, new levels, a story and blue ghosts

Another day another version. Thanks for playing.

Version 0.1.3 has the following changes:

Added:

• A working drawbridge
• A new winners screen
• Arrow keys for movement
• Level 5
• A story with avatars

Improved:

• Ghosts - They're now blue so you can see what is going on easier and they might turn evil....but mainly the visibility thing
• Button wiring - They were forgotten on some of the levels

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed depth so you can stand on the buttons and the buttons can't stand on you

More levels, more components coming soon. Maybe some scoring and timing...
